Sea-Vu South park model resort is a completely seasonal park that is open from May 1st to October 30th of each year. Our 275 extra-large sites are designed to accommodate up to 40’ park models. Full hook-ups for waste, water, cable TV and Wi-Fi are provided. Each site offers the option of 20, 30 or 50amp electric with room for 2 vehicles.

The 2024 seasonal fee is $8,650.00 plus a 9% ME Lodging Tax for any new resident buying a used or new park model.

This is billed every winter and paid in installments before you arrive in the Spring. Your seasonal fee includes water, sewer, cable, wifi, trash winter storage and covers all of your visiting guests fees. Residents pay their own electricity which is metered on site and billed twice during the season.

The Town of Wells considers you a seasonal resident and charges a Town tax (usually between $400-$500/per year based on the value of your unit) and that will allow you to purchase a beach sticker for the Wells Beaches.  If you do decide to purchase either a new or used park model, you will need to fill out a tenant application before the sale can be completed.
