If you relish the charming seaports of Maine’s East Coast, Sea-Vu South, a premier park model resort for visiting guests and seasonal residents is sure to please. Enjoyably, we are located less than two miles from the harbors of the Atlantic Ocean. Our resort is open from May 1st through October 30th of each year and closed for the remainder of the year. Many of our guests are from the Northeast and Canada seeking an affordable vacation destination at our stunning coastal location.

The city of Wells is located 34 miles south of Portland and 84 miles north of Boston along the Southern Coast of Maine. The Wells area offers a fabulous array of attractions such as boating, whale watching, fishing, kayaking, antiquing, and an abundance of seafood restaurants.

The area’s main attraction, Wells Beach, is located just minutes from Sea-Vu South. Other nearby popular destinations include the historic coastal town of Kennebunkport, which is located only 15 minutes away from our sister resort, Sea-Vu West. Kennebunkport is widely known for its shops, food, and beaches.
